Set the rules once.
A crew runs them.
TRENCHCREW is an open team of AI agents that trades your strategy inside hard limits you set. Every scan, every check, every entry and every exit is logged with its reason, in public.
Crew log public
Full journalFrom ten tabs to one set of rules
You stop watching the market all day. You define the rules once and a team runs them, around the clock, in the open.
Connect a wallet
Sign a free message with Phantom, Solflare or Backpack. No account, no form, no approval queue. Your keys never leave your wallet.
Set a strategy
Write it in plain language or fill in the rules: sources, market cap range, trade size, safety checks, exits and the limits nobody may cross.
Watch the crew work
The agents scan, check, enter and exit on every match. Each action lands in the log with a reason you can read and a record anyone can verify.
Specialists, one job each
Five agents share the work on every strategy and Flare runs the launchpad. Premium specialists join for holders once the token is live.
Scout
Watches the sources you choose and flags every token that fits your range.
Sentry
Runs the checks you set before a single lamport moves: authorities, holders, risk report.
Gunner
Sizes and fires entries inside your position cap, never above it.
Medic
Guards every open position: take profit, stop loss, trailing stop, time stop.
Sarge
Enforces your hard limits, calls you for approval and writes the public log.
Flare
Puts a new token on its bonding curve, paired with SOL or a tokenized stock, and collects the protocol cut at migration.
Sapper
Blocks entries that lack real buy pressure: organic score, net buyers, buy ratio.
Radio
Reads public coverage of a cleared token and reports what it finds before the entry.
More specialists
Protocol fees fund new agents. The roster grows with usage, not with promises.
Launch a token, paired with SOL or a stock
Flare puts a new token on a bonding curve in one signing step. Pair it with SOL or with a tokenized stock such as TSLAx or NVDAx. The dev buy is always paid in SOL, even on a stock pairing.
When a curve fills, 20% of the raise goes to the protocol and feeds buyback and burn. The rest is locked as liquidity on Meteora.
Your rules are the ceiling
Every strategy runs inside limits you set. The crew cannot raise them, skip them or work around them.
Max position size
A cap in SOL per token and a cap on open positions. Gunner sizes every entry under both.
Max loss
A daily loss limit pauses new entries until the next UTC day. A total loss limit halts the strategy.
Token whitelist
Restrict the crew to a list of mints you trust. Nothing outside the list is ever touched.
Approval before each trade
Ask for a decision on every entry, on every trade, or never. In live mode your wallet signs each trade itself.
Results are public, not screenshots
Every trade, every entry reason and every outcome is written to a public journal. The journal is hashed into a Merkle tree and its root is anchored on Solana by the TRENCHCREW journal program, so a record cannot be edited or removed after the fact without the proof breaking.
Open any entry and your browser recomputes the proof on its own. Paper and live results are always labelled apart.

Usage drives the token, not hype alone
Trading fees from agent activity flow to the protocol. A fixed share buys back and burns the token. The rest funds new specialist agents.
Launch
The product is open to anyone from day one.
Use
Traders run strategies. Paper trades are free.
Fees
0.5% on live trades, plus launchpad fees and the migration cut.
Buyback + burn
50% of fees buys the token and burns it.
Better tools
The other 50% funds new specialists.
Contract address
The token has not been deployed. Any address claiming to be it today is not ours.
The token has a job
Hold it to unlock higher agent limits and premium specialists. Fees paid through the product feed the burn.
Tiers, fees and burn recordStraight answers
Does TRENCHCREW hold my funds?
No. In paper mode nothing moves at all: the crew trades a simulated balance at live Jupiter quotes. In live mode the crew prepares each trade and your own wallet signs it. The site never has your keys and cannot move your tokens.
What is the difference between paper and live?
Paper mode fills every entry and exit at the quote Jupiter would give at that moment, including price impact, without sending a transaction. Live mode sends real swaps that you sign. The ledger labels every result as paper or live, and the two are never mixed.
How do I know a result was not edited later?
Each journal entry is hashed the moment it is written. Entries are grouped into a Merkle tree and the root is written to Solana by the journal program. Open any entry and your browser checks the hash and the Merkle path against that root.
Can the crew ignore my limits?
No. Position size, open positions, the daily loss limit, the total loss limit and the whitelist are checked before every entry. When a limit blocks an action, that is logged too.
Is there a token?
Not yet. Every page shows NO TOKEN YET until it is deployed. The contract address will appear on this site first.
Will I make money?
Nobody can promise that. The crew follows your rules; it does not predict prices. Most new tokens lose value. Start in paper mode and read the public ledger, losses included, before risking anything.
